- In the event of items OOS, you will be informed via email. You may
choose to either get a refund, or re-order other available items.
- We will not be responsible for any lost/damaged mails but we assure you that all items will be checked and properly packed before they are sent to you.
- Items sold are non-refundable/exchangeable.
- Prices stated for pre-order are fixed, no top-us or hidden costs. Hence, no negotiation allowed.
- No backing out/cancelling of orders once orders are confirmed.
